Roc-A-Fella Presents: Lawyermania!

Failed pro-wrestler Diamond Dallas Page has filed an injunction against Jay-Z and Roc-a-fella Records to stop them from using his distinctive (har har) "Diamond-Cutter" hand sign. Page's lawyer claims that the suit is a reult of Jay-Z's plagiarism cutting into his livelihood, for instance his new book, "Yoga For Regular Guys" or even occasional appearances at high school gyms across the country. Jay-Z, in a masterstroke of rich people logic, countered that perhaps it was Page who was copying off HIS distinctive style. Put'em in a cage and settle this. Tonight!

An excuse to cancel christmas

Christmas is damaging the environment, says a new report by the Australian Conservation Foundation. The report titled "The Hidden Cost of Christmas" calculated the environmental impact of spending on books, clothes, alcohol, electrical appliances and lollies during the festive season.
